Critical Commentary
This is a story that I'd like to look into more closely, to see what the actual training program looks like, which schools in what areas are involved, and what kind of behavioral changes are emphasized. I am absolutely delighted to see TVA doing this work, especially if its also paired with upgrading/retrofitting aged school buildings with smart technology and renewables.
It would be interesting to see if TVA is a pioneer in this or if other utilities are doing similar work.
