The chart reflects responses to Question #46 from the Spring 2020 and Winter 2020 surveys, which asked: “Are you aware of any of the following programs? Check the box if you are aware of the program.” The listed programs were: LIHEAP, CAP, WAP, Earned Income Tax Credit, and Supplemental Security Income.
There were 164 respondents. Eighty-nine respondents (54.3%) had heard of LIHEAP. Sixty-three respondents (38.4%) had heard of CAP. Sixty-two (37.8%) respondents had heard of WAP. Eighty respondents (48.9%) had heard of earned income tax credit. Sixty-seven (40.9%) had heard of SSI. Thirty-respondents (18.3%) answered all of the above. Forty-two respondents (25.6%) answered none of the above.
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey, which has been administered to 169 people over two time periods. The Spring 2020 survey was administered to 86 people between May and June, and the Winter 2020 survey was administered to 83 people between December 2020 and March 2021. Visit the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 - Spring + Winter 2020 Survey Results page to view more data from our survey. The project is approved by Drexel’s IRB.
