This artifact is the phase 4 application for rental assistance in Philadelphia. This program is meant to assist tenants in Philadelphia who are experiencing financial hardships due to COVID-19. Tenants are eligible for up to 18 months of assistance total.
In order to apply, individuals must have proof of residency or address, proof of rent amount, a document providing household income, a public benefits letter if applicable, and a document showing other housing-related costs if applicable.
