Critical Commentary
Right before the impact of the COVID-19, Philadelphians were interested in finding the best free Wi-Fi across the city. The article gives a nice break down on where the best hot spots are found across the city. I find the map particularly useful in to see the coverage. The article also explains that buses have built in Wi-Fi but most of SEPTA does not provide hot spots to riders and commuters. This is increasingly relevant, as people’s behaviors have changed after COVID-19 became relevant mid March and many commuters stopped using SEPTA’s services.
