Critical Commentary
The chart reflects responses to Question #46 from the Spring 2020 survey, which asked: “Are you aware of any of the following programs? Check the box if you are aware of the program.” The listed programs were: LIHEAP, CAP, WAP, Earned Income Tax Credit, and Supplemental Security Income.
There were eighty-one respondents.
Twelve (14.8%) respondents had heard of LIHEAP.
Six respondents had heard of CAP (7.4%).
Six respondents had heard of WAP (7.4%).
Thirty respondents had heard of earned income tax credit (37%).
Twenty had heard of SSI (24.4%).
One (1.2%) respondent had heard of all of the above.
Forty-one (50.6%) respondents answered none of the above.
