Critical Commentary
This chart reflects responses to Question #36a from the Winter 2020 survey, which asks respondents who have received a utility shut-off notice if it was in the last twelve months? There were a total of twenty-nine respondents.
Eleven respondents (37.9%) indicated their shut-off notice was in the last twelve months.
Seventeen respondents (58.6%) indicated they had not received a shut-off notice in the last twelve months.
One respondent (3.4%) discussed the utility shutoff moratorium and pointed out that people could not be shutoff at this time.
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey - Overview, which was administered to 83 people over a fourteen week period between December 2020 and March 2021.
