A total of 82 participants answered this question. Of those who answered, data are collected below:
5 participants held administrative positions
6 participants worked for the service industry
4 participants worked in sales or management
2 participants worked in accounting
8 participants were educators or worked in some capacity with the school district
6 participants were family service representatives
5 participants worked for the medical field in some capacity
3 participants were self-employed as ride-sharing drivers
4 participants were retired
9 participants indicated they were on disability
2 participants were case managers
1 participant worked in a financial aid office
1 participant worked for Homeland Security
1 participant worked in the manufacturing industry
1 participant worked as an interpreter
1 participant worked at a library
1 participant worked in business
1 participant was a struggling artist
1 participant was a Catholic priest
23 participants indicated they were currently unemployed
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey - Overview, which was administered to 83 people over a fourteen week period between December 2020 and March 2021.
