Critical Commentary
This image is a snapshot of responses to Question #7 from the Spring2020 Survey, “What is your occupation?” There were eighty-four responses. Responses were manually entered by survey administrators. As shown here there were a wide diversity of responses, including thirteen students, seven respondents who worked in a service industry, seventeen who worked in sales or management, seven teachers (K-12 and higher education), one respondent worked in HVAC, two were self-employed consultants, one indicated they were a struggling artist, and another was a Catholic priest. Two respondents indicated that they were retired. Eight respondents indicated that they were unemployed and two indicated that they were underemployed.
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey - Overview, which was administered to 86 people over a six week period in May-June 2020.
