The federal eviction moratorium ended on July 24th, and the program providing an extra $600 in unemployment benefits expired on July 30th, and with state wide utility moratoriums/utility company pledges to keep customers winding down, many disadvantaged americans face utility shutoffs amidst an ongoing pandemic and economic recession.
