Critical Commentary

The presentation here linked shows a presentation curated by MIT on the Stategic Intelligence website. The presentation itself provides a lot of useful of information on the various dimensions of energy. Some of the categories shown are similar to the ones outlined in Riniken et al. (2019), as well as concepts of energy governance described in Bouzarovski et al. (2013) and Middlemiss et al. (2015). The presentation is quite extensive and interactive, it also takes into consideration factors such as economic stability and social cohesion as factors playing into energy markets and their future. The information that is provided could be useful in conceptualizing subdimensions of energy vulnerability and could help us rethink the ways in which we explore energy insecurity within energy markets.
