Critical Commentary

This document, created by NEADA, outlines both regular and pandemic related funding for LIHEAP and other utility assistance that have been released or appropriated since the COVID-19 began. Appropriated funds that are pending release include $4.5 billion in additional funding for LIHEAP through the American Recovery Plan and $1.1 billion for a new water assistance program.
