The Spring 2020 Energy Vulnerability Lab brought in four guest speakers from the Energy Coordinating Agency, who discussed various components of energy assistance in Philadelphia. We provide information about each of the speakers, themes that they shared, questions we had for them, as well as links to the transcripts for IRB approved researchers.
