This chart reflects answers collected from Question #10a on the Spring 2020 and Winter2020 surveys, which asked: “If yes to Q10, how many hours per week (estimated) is your household working from home?”
A total of 65 respondents answered, the following was collected:
3 respondents’ household was working 0 hours remotely
3 respondents’ household was working between 5-10 hours per week remotely
6 respondents’ household was working between 11 and 20 hours a week remotely
3 respondents’ household was working between 21 and 30 hours a week remotely
12 respondents’ household was working between 31 and 40 hours a week remotely
12 respondents’ household was working more than 40 hours a week remotely
22 respondents’ household was working more than 60 hours a week remotely
3 respondents noted their household’s hours from home were not fixed
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey, which has been administered to 169 people over two time periods. The Spring 2020 survey was administered to 86 people between May and June, and the Winter 2020 survey was administered to 83 people between December 2020 and March 2021.
