From the 38 responses collected for this question, the following was drawn: 

• 5 respondents would call their landlord.

• 1 would also call their utility company.

• 3 respondents would call an HVAC company.

• 1 respondent would also call their utility;

• 1 other respondent would go somewhere with heat.

• 6 respondents would call their utility company.

• 1 would use space heaters in the meantime;

• 1 other respondent would see if anybody else’s heat was out.

• 1 would try to figure it out themselves and ask someone they know who works with heaters to fix it.

• 5 respondents said they didn’t know.

• 4 respondents would go to parents, friends, or relatives’ home

• 14 respondents would use space heaters.
