Critical Commentary
This chart represents responses to the question, “What is your gender identity?” from data compiled from the Spring and Winter 2020 survey.
One-hundred and seventy-five people answered this question. The vast majority of respondents identified as female (102) and an additional 12 respondents identified as female, cisgender. Thirty-seven respondents identified as male, and an additional twenty respondents identified as male, cisgender (all from the Spring 2020 survey). One individual identified as cisgender; one individual identifed as transgender and none of the identifes listed; and two individuals preferred not to say.
The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey - Overview, which was administered to 85 people over a fourteen week period between December 2020 and March 2021.
