Critical Commentary

This entry discusses the PUC's latest modification to the Emergency Order for how utilities are to handle disconnections and door to door sales. In a 4-0 vote, the PUC decided to lift the moratorium and resume all door-to-door activities, as long as they comply with COVID-19 regulations.
