I created this graph using the map on the Pennsylvania Department of Health Website and it was last updated March 27th. My initial working assumption on PPL's late response was a lack of cases in the counties they served, but they had the second most of any power company. Duqense has the least. What this is shows is that eastern Pennsylvania has been hit the hardest including more rural areas surrounding Pennsylvania such as Allentown and Bethlehem.
As of March 29th, 2019, all seven electric distribution companies have promised to suspend shutoffs and bill late payments.
