Coming off our EVP group discussion on Friday (July 3rd) about the brand ambassadors that Solarize Philly uses, I was interested to see that The Energy Co-op had run a similar peer-to-peer education campaign on "bioheat", this one using member videos. In both cases, the logic is that members/users who have adopted these technologies are best positioned to teach or inform potential users about how they work.
What strikes me here is that, both campaigns seem to be assuming some baseline energy literacy, which, based on our survey responses, might be optimistic.
