The chart represents responses to Questions #4 from the Spring 2020 survey, which asks, “Before the COVID-19 pandemic started, how many other people lived at home with you?”

Eighty-six respondents answered this question, from which the following was drawn:

  • 27 respondents reported that they live with one other person;

  • 24 respondents lived with two other people;

  • 21 respondents lived with three other people;

  • 4 respondents lived with four other people;

  • 4  respondents lived with five other people;

  • 1 respondent lived with six other people; and, lastly, 5 respondents lived alone.

Question #4a asks about the respondent’s relationship to the people they live with.

The data was produced by the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 Survey - Overview, which was administered to 86 people over a six week period in May-June 2020. Visit the Shifting Energy Demands in COVID-19 - Survey Results page to view more data from our survey. The project is approved by Drexel’s IRB.
