Andrew Rosenthal July 2021 Media Brief Reflections

My artifacts for this month were collected using Google News and both focus on Philadelphia. The first article was found after finding out about RGGI, a regional cap and trade program that Pennsylvania is in the process of entering. If Philadelphia were to enter, they would be the first state with a major coal industry to do so. I hope to make RGGI another of my focuses for these media briefs, while internet will remain my main one. The other article here has more interesting ramifications for me and my career. Philadelphia is teaming up with a group to determine how connected the city is. By connected, I mean internet connectivity in the city. The detailed report could serve my future research endeavors very well.
