This essay provides information about The Energy Rights Project survey work, including surveys administered before the pandemic and the "Shifting Energy Demand During COVID-19" survey, which has been administered in two phases: Spring 2020 and Winter 2020. The essay provides background on the project, survey instruments, consent forms, and data sets. By the end of March 2021 we hope to publish a research brief on our findings to date.
