Critical Commentary
I came across this quote and wanted to use it to highlight one of the many important reasons why maintenance has to happen. Why things need to be repaired. And the potential consequences of not taking action.
It is no mystery that poor people, especially in the Philadelphia area, are more affected and likely to get asthma than their more well off counterparts. Understanding that many who cannot afford to pay for their energy bills often have to deal with more consequences than just being cold.
