This document presents one of the initial interviews conducted with members of the Philadelphia community who have participated in workshops throughout the Summer of 2021. Attention should be given to discussions of weatherization practices and eligibility. For example, that WAP was previously renewable every 5 years and now it is every 25 years, which is counterintuitive considering housing stock is aged and aging faster due to extreme weather conditions. One other point of discussion to keep in mind is with regards to energy disruption and emergency preparedness on the part of the interviewee.
