This document presents one of the initial interviews conducted with members of the Philadelphia community who have participated in workshops throughout the Summer of 2021. There is a lot of great information in this interview. The interviewee talks a lot about the housing issues that are ever-present in Philadelphia, housing issues that tend to worsen energy insecurity. That said, the interview touches on several energy rights points including access to water, access to safe energy, and a right to not have your services interrupted abruptly.
