Critical Commentary

This extensive document released by Philadelphia's Office of Sustainability details the city's plan to move to energy renewables by 2050. That said, cooperation is detailed with the Energy Coordinating Agency and Solarize Philly but makes no mention to The Energy Coop, which also serves the city. The report includes diagrams and perspectives and is dated to 2017. It also provide a host of useful definitions in the glossary before diving into the report, including energy burden, which provides an idea on how the city considers those burdened by their energy bills.
