Critical Commentary

The first week of December utility prices will increase significantly, which is bound to affect Pennsylvania residents. Low-income residents are the ones who will be affected the most and will likely have less opportunities to counter the effects of the price hikes. The article proposes various ways in order to potentially save energy, which is mostly dependent on a combination of our own behaviors and energy-efficient appliances.
