This chart reflects answers collected from question #12, which asked: “Do you feel like you understand how energy systems work? (i.e. your heating system, plumbing, utilities, how to conserve energy, etc.)?” The 75 responses collected are subdivided into the following categories (the numbers next to the categories are the number of respondents identified and reflecting that category).
