This video is from a Community Housing Partners, a non profit in the State of Virginia that uses innovative strategies that leverage public and private funds to comprehensively approach energy assistance and housing matters in a holistic way. This video is an example of what weatherizatio professionals might find upon entering a home. More importantly, it illustrates what can happen when the right services are in place and are interacting in a meaningful way to solve complex housing, poverty and energy issues. Without these services, what would have become of William Adams? What does become of people like him every day?  Would he have remained in the home? Or would he have been forced out and have to abandon the property?
